Yes, Ellie finally got her first haircut! I guess now that she's three it was time but I've been a little hesitant to do it because it's so cute long. BUT, it looks so cute now that I'm really glad I took the plunge and got it cut. Here are some pictures:

For the record, yes, the hairdress curled her hair with a curling iron - those are not her natural curls but how cute is that?! What a big girl - a big girl that have I mentioned is completely potty trained and was by her 3rd birthday?! No pull-ups or anything anymore. She still occasionally has accidents (like when she sleeps in a little) but is doing great. I'm so proud of her! Now if I could just get her to go on her own without coming to get me first! Because she was doing so well, we did actually paint her fingernails for her birthday. That was the first time she'd had them painted because our agreement was that she could paint them when she was completely potty trained. Here's a picture of her cute little fingers on her birthday.
